I am so grateful for being part of the DDC program back in high school. With the help of the faculty and the resources they provide, I was able to become the first person in my family to go to college on a full scholarship and be accepted to over 20 different colleges.

The Double Discovery Center is dedicated to helping first-generation students from low-income neighborhoods in Harlem and Washington Heights achieve their college dreams. We provide a comprehensive program that includes academic support, emotional and social learning, and a lasting support network. Our goal is to broaden the horizons of our students and our perspectives. The success of our mission relies heavily on the generosity of our donors, whose contributions are vital in making a lasting impact in these communities.
